Features

Hare-H1-270 - folding telescopic antenna designed specifically for use with Garmin Astro/Alpha (all versions). The antenna increases the RECEPTION zone of the signal from the DC30, DC40, DC50, T5, TT10, TT15, T20, TT25 collars.

The relative range of the collar signal reception is ~ 2.7 times compared to the standard extended (Extended Range) Garmin antenna.This is 3-9 km. depending on the landscape and forest density. 
Hare offers the same range as Garmin long range telescopic antenna, yet it has a more compact size and lower weight. 

The antenna provides maximum range when holding it by the back of the body (where the cable comes out) on an arm extended forward and upward. The telescopic elements should be fully extended in opposite directions and be approximately on the same line, parallel or perpendicular to the ground and slightly directed forward. The search direction is indicated on the antenna body by an arrow.

When working with Alpha, the visibility range of the navigators (hunters) from each other will also be increased.

- The antenna works well in the car. Located under the windshield, it receives a signal up to 5 mi (depending on the landscape)
